This Russian Imperial Stout is roasty, chocolaty, and malty with a noticeable bitterness, but pleasantly balanced. We brew this annually as a memorial to our eternal Assistant Brewer and Sensory Evaluator, Cody; hence the name “Eternal.” It should age quite well and provide a compelling vertical for those who have the willpower. Budem!

This Imperial IPA borders on ridiculousness in its level of hop saturation throughout the entire brewing and fermentation processes and follows it into the glass; in bitterness, mouthfeel, flavor, and aroma. It stomps the line between balanced and extreme to appeal to the most off-centered of hop enthusiasts. A La Sature!
