Our half-barrel brew house is a single-tier 3-vessel Heat Exchange Recirculating Mash System. At the hub of the system is a copper counter-flow heat exchanger coil – this equipment is commonly used strictly to chill wort after boiling, but we use it for any step that requires the exchange of temperature. As with any brewery, we are continually working to improve the form and function of our brewery and will update this page with more details in the future.
